I really liked Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette.  I was also a huge fan of The Affair of the Necklace, as well. I was not all that surprised that both movies used the same fabulous costume designer, Milena Canonero.  I loved everything about those movies:  the lush fabrics, the delicious colors and ostentatious jewelry.  What came to mind while I was watching it?  Of course:  wedding sugar LOL!  I kept seeing all types of things that would be wonderful to incorporate into a wedding.  So, that is the inspiration for this week’s storyboard.  Offset on vintage black and white toile with classic baroque elements in soft, blush pinks, we believe the queen would be proud!  Without further adieu…
